herbal supplements

Roni

I noticed a distinct decrease in my desire for potatoes and bananas as soon as I got back on the adrenaltone. When I went to the iridologist, she sent me home with 10 bottles of herbal pills, and I was very diligent in taking them as she recommended and with ample water, I was feeling a decrease in pain. I did get to the point as mentioned before that they all came back at me one day, and after that I had a hard time taking them. I am back up to four different herbs once a day, golden seal, dandylion, panc-tea (a pancreas blend), and the adrenaltone.

I found information on the most of the supplements on the internet, this is where I read about what I was sent home with. So, you should be able to find them there. The brand again was Dr. Christophers.

My brother-in-law took me to see the iridologist. If you haven't been, I recommend it. It was very facinating! You can read more about them at: http://www.mineralconnection.com/iridolgy.htm After I went, I found this site.

Re: [rheumatic] Concerns about Enbrel, Methotrexate & Prednisone

Hi Teresa,
The main thing to remember is that the AP is not a quick fix treatment,
it takes time, patience and commitment. While it is safer than the more
"traditional" heavy-duty meds, I doubt any of us would suggest that you
can just start popping minocycline and throw all your other
prescriptions out immediately. What most of us have found is that with
time, as the AP starts to do its job, you can begin to slowly wean off
the more dangerous meds until at some point you will hopefully be off
them completely. This doesn't happen overnight, however, so you just
cope the best way you can in the meantime. A little "grin and bear it"
is sometimes necessary, along with watching your diet, drinking tons of
water, trying to do some sort of regular exercise even if it's nothing
more than range of motion exercises and getting plenty of rest. With
time, you'll start to learn how all these things, combined with the AP,
can make you feel remarkably better with less and less of the more toxic
drugs being required. In the meantime, I cope with those days when
things get me down by giving myself some TLC, extra rest and some comedy
entertainment on the tube along with remembering that there are people
who are dealing with worse than me and if they can get through it, I
can, too.
Hugs
Paula
